Start a Book Club

To start any Book Club, go to them and click “Start / Continue”.

 

Access content within a Book Club

To access the contents within a Book club, click on the button “Access” to activate the loan days. Then, access directly from the button “Read”.

 

Participate in discussion threads: Forum and quotes

Some of the Book Clubs have forum and quotes tabs.

 

Forum

In the “Forum” tab, you can participate in discussion threads initiated by the book club moderator. You’ll be able to share your opinions and interact with other club members.

You can answer questions that have been asked about the reading or a topic related to it, by clicking on the icon shown below, writing your answer and then clicking on “Send reply”.

If you see the message “No thread has been started yet” it is because the moderator has not yet activated the forum for this experience.

 

Quotes

The content shown in this tab are quotes extracted from the reading with comments added to start a debate about it. You can participate in each of them by clicking on the icon.

 

Extras: Surveys and chat

Some Clubs will have Survey and Chat tabs. If you can’t find these tabs, keep in mind that your moderator may not have activated them.

The “Chat” tab works as instant messaging between all Book Club users. Participants and moderators may communicate through this section.

 

Through the “Survey” tab you will be able to share your opinion of the Book Club in which you have participated.
