Content lists
Create lists
The Learning Ecosystem allows the creation of content lists, providing a convenient and organized way to access information swiftly.
You can create as many lists as you want in 2 formats: Private list (only you have access) and Public list (visible for all users of the Learning Ecosystem and allows you to share via link).
There are 2 different ways you can create a list to organize your content:
- From your user area: Click on “Create list” from the lists area and add any content you want from their information area.
- From a content information area: Access the content information area on any content, click on the list icon and select “New List”. Once you list is added, the content will be automatically added to your list.
Next, check the option you want, “Private list” (only visible to your user) or “Public list” (visible to other users) and fill out the title and description fields (optional). Click on “Add” and your list is now created with this first resource added.
You can add all the content you want to your lists by accessing the content’s information area, then clicking on the list button and selecting the list you want to nurture. The list will update automatically.
In the following video you can see the complete route to create lists:
Share lists
To find your created lists, access the user area (colorful circle with your initials on the home page) and click on “Lists”.
If you have created a public list and want to share it, click the three dots on the right side of it, and select “Copy link”, you can now paste your link and share with whoever you want.
Follow lists
Explore the public lists available in your catalog by selecting the format “List” from the search engine. This way you can review all existing lists.
If you want to follow a content list created by another user, access the link of any public list and click on “Follow” at the top right.
This action will allow you to be fully informed, through the notifications that you will receive every time the author of the list adds new content to it.
You can find the lists you follow from the “Following” tab within the “Lists” section of your user area.
