Assign collaborators to your Learning Experience
In order to be able to collaborate in creating a Learning Experience, the functionality of collaborative work between moderators is available.
This action will allow you to work together with other colleagues in the creation and editing of experiences, through collaborative work and promoting great time savings in creation. Once finished, you can clone the experience to give it a more individual and/or personalized use adapted to your needs.

Access your learning environment from your user area and access the permission management area (from the editing button) of your ecosystem to grant collaboration permissions to one or more users.
Important: To add these users you will have to enter their usernames exactly as they enter them in their login and/or the username that is displayed in the upper right part of the ecosystem, in the “User identification” section.
Click the “+” button under the “Authorize experiences”. Choose the Learning Experience you want to share and select.
Finally, users included as collaborators in an Experience will find the Learning Experience under their “Moderating” carousel, being able to access directly.
